We have a Godly principal with a huge servant's heart, who prays diligently for her staff, students and parents. We have a Godly board that also prays constantly for God's wisdom before making any decision, always seeking to better our school. We have a group of teachers whose hearts' desire is to do God's will in teaching His children. The love they have for their students is quite obvious. We have parents who have committed themselves to giving their children a Christian education no matter what the sacrifice. We have the right to pray and seek God's will about all situations with students as well as with parents and staff.
Highlights:
- Special days with Corduroy, Clifford, and Curious George.
- Fall field trips to apple orchard and pumpkin farm
- Camp-in at McKinley Museum where the children and parents are invited to sleep overnight at the museum

I have found the staff at SCS to be the most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered in my work/ministry experience. The love of Christ is evident in the family atmosphere here. As a teacher, I enjoy sharing my life with my students and the teachable moments that occur as we go. It is a special privilege to be part of the team encouraging your children to know and love God!

We have a principal with a servant's heart who desires to honor Christ. We have a school board who is willing to give of their time and energy to make our school a better place. We have a staff that desires to have a growing working relationship with Christ and have a lasting impact on the lives of their students. We have a Bible-based curriculum that challenges the students and equips them to do well. We have parents who take an interest in their children, support our staff, and invest their time in our school. Most of all, we have a God who is willing and able to take the weak, feeble things we do and turn them into something eternal.
